My name is Elaine.l have always been fascinated by biology and medicine since i was a child, and this has greatly influenced my choice of major.In terms of my academic background,i have always been hardworking in what i really like.During my time at school , i have participated in various extracurricular activities, such as some competitions and the bio-chem festival,and achieve some good scores. These experiences have not only enriched my school life, but also helped me develop valuable skills Apart from my study, i have a wide range of hobbies.I enjoy take photos for the charming views and dance with the kpop music.l also love travel and exploring new places.lt allows me to broaden my horizon and gain a deeper understanding of the world,

Hello everyone! My name is Hikari, and ji Zhihe in Chinese.l am a grade 10 studentand l am 16 years old. l come from Beijing Haidian Future Academy, and l'm here to participate the research project for the iGEM contest as a wet lab teammate for bioplus institute's team in Hangzhou. l like to learn the things about biotechnology or genetic engineering very much, and l get to know about a lot of things more than my peers. Also, l am attending the virtual experiment course which is lead by Mr Yu, and he gaves me positive feedback about my behavior and understanding of basic theories. Actually, l started to know about biotechnology from grade 8, with 10tn graders in a public school. But for some "special" reason, after an experiment class, they takeaway my right for learning together with the senior high school students. Now l'm learning and growing as a high school student, but also, l'm preparing to make a contribution to our country using my biological understanding. From my point of view, biology is a simple and interesting subject in our life. Biology is everywhere in our lives, so we need to study and research better about this subject, to get to know more about us, more about other creatures, and more about our environment. For my future career, I want to become a biotechnological technician, using my experiment skills and research strategy to help more researchers to make contribution to the society. My name is ZHOU JINGQl and you can also call me Caroline.l'm 16 years old. l'm come from Suzhou in China.lt is a beautiful place. Currently, I'm a student at Suzhou Science and Technology Town Foreign Language Senior High School. My major is about business. l joined some activities about business like the CESlM course. And I have good mathematical ability. In the team work, l can communicate with people very well and l have good leadership skills. In my free time, l have many hobbies. l really like playing piano.l can practice the ability to concentrate when l play piano. And l like dancing and singing too. These can make me relax and enjoy the time by myself. My mbti is ESFp and l am patient, cheerful and optimistic. Hello! My name is Zhou Biling(周碧玲), and you can also call me Christina, a dedicated and versatile member of this year's iGEM team. lt is my pleasure to share my contributions to our project focused on developing a sustainable bio-enzyme-based dye.

As a core participant in both wet and dry lab activities, l played an integral role in advancing our project from concept to validation. In the wet lab, l was responsible for protein expression and functional verification of key enzymes. This involved optimizing expression conditions in bacterial systems, performing purification steps and conducting enzyme activity assays to ensure biological functionality and stability. These experiments were critical in confirming that our bio-enzymes could effectively produce vivid and environmentally friendly dyes.On the dry lab side, l took an active role in the design, development, and content integration of our team's Wiki website. Using web development tools and collaborative coding practices, I helped create an intuitive and informative site that effectively communicates our project goals, experimental design, and results to a global audience. Additionally, l participated in background research and conducted interviews with experts in synthetic biology and sustainable textiles, which provided valuable insights that guided our project direction.

Beyond the lab and computer, l also contributed to our human practices initiatives. I helped organize and lead an interactive public exhibition at a local science museum, where we introduced synthetic biology concepts and our project to visitors of all ages.

Hello everyone, l'm Cathy, and I'm a member of the Bioplus China- Enzyme Color Team in this year's iGEM competition. Within the team, l participated in offline promotions and took part in designing the network Wiki. Meanwhile,l was responsible for designing the avatar frames for each team member and their self-introductions on the website. Also,l conducted experiments on-site in August. I have several hobbies, mainly including painting and reading famous literary works. l feel very lucky to be a part of this team and work with all of you. l also hope that l can keep exploring the fields l love in the future.

Hello everyone! l'm Xiong Ziyao, a girl from Hangzhou. l'm quite outgoing and good at making friends. l'm passionate about motorcycles and extreme sports.l have an extreme enthusiasm for biology and want to become a clinical doctor when l grow up. For me, motorcycles and extreme sports are ways to have a passionate interaction with the world. The wind carries the taste of freedom, while biology is another kind of romance-the cell movement in the microscopic world and the ecological balance in nature all hide captivating mysteries that make one unable to look away. These two seemingly different passions are actually my ways of communicating with the world.I participated in the lGEM project and took part in all the tasks within the Hangzhou team.l have an extreme passion for this project.
