Our Team

We are an iGEM team composed of a group of high school students. By constructing a gene expression system for recombinant nanobodies specifically targeting the Helicobacter pylori (Hp) urease subunit (UreB) and exploring their expression in food-grade probiotics, we aim to enable direct and precise prevention and control of Hp through live bacterial administration. This study lays a solid foundation for the development of immunotherapy against Hp, demonstrating strong innovation and significant application potential.
