The ExoSPY mission is to develop a theranostic (diagnostic and therapeutic) approach to pancreatic cancer.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal cancers, mainly because it is detected too late. ExoSPY aims to change that by providing a new way to detect and treat the disease earlier.

Our project uses engineered extracellular vesicles that can both reveal precancerous cells through imaging and deliver targeted therapy in a non-invasive way.

By combining diagnosis and treatment in a single system, ExoSPY offers a promising approach to improve early detection and transform the future of cancer care.
