A special thank you goes out from our team to our PI Verena Siewers who welcomed us to the department of systems
biology, helped us create helpful contacts and supported us with expertise in the area.
It is also important for us to thank our instructors Leon Eisentraut and Pavithra Umashankar who have helped guide
us through the challenges of working in a lab but also given us advice on methods and betterments when things went
wrong.
We are so grateful to have gotten this great support and for all the time Verena, Leon and Pavi have laid down to
