Jianqiang Zhang I'm 15 years old and live in Qiaokou District, Wuhan. I'm single and currently studying A-Levels at Wuhan Yingzhong. During the summer, I rarely wake up before 10:00 a.m. I don't smoke or drink, but I often stay up until morning to sleep, making sure I get at least 10 hours of rest. Before bed, I usually have a cup of coffee, sometimes take a short walk, and then stay up late, often playing Honor of Kings until the next morning—just to start the cycle all over again. It's been a long time since my last physical check-up, and if I went to the doctor now, they'd probably say I'm not living "normally."
