Hello everyone, I'm Yibo Wang, an undergraduate student in Materials Science and Engineering. In our iGEM project, as a member of wet lab, I am responsible for the heterologous expression of xylanase in a yeast system, improving its thermostability through rational design, and optimizing fermentation conditions with high-copy strains and bioreactor processes.
