I act as a member of lab team because doing biology is what I major in and experiments about it are what I'm always eager to try. Therefore, I was mainly responsible for the work of experiments, including plasmid extraction and electrophoresis test, DNA recylce, double and single transformation of DNA, fermentation test and many other jobs.
