3. Step 2 Input

In this step, upload your dataset.

On the selected project page, navigate to the “Step2. Upload Dataset” section.

CSV and TSV file formats are accepted.

Please prepare your dataset following the example below:

id,sequence,ex,em,brightness

Here, id must be a unique identifier, and sequence must be a protein composed of standard amino acids. Both id and sequence are mandatory fields. Label names can be customized according to your project requirements.

At least one label is required. Additionally, the dataset must contain at least 40 rows of data.

4. Step 3 Input

In this step, set the optimization goals for each label.

On the selected project page, navigate to the “Configure Optimization” section.

Available goals include maximize, minimize, and range. Maximize optimizes the label value to be as high as possible. Minimize optimizes the label value to be as low as possible. Range optimizes the label value to fall within the specified upper and lower bounds.

5. Running the Project

Click the “Run” button at the bottom of the project page.

When the project is executed, a task is created. This task is added to the queue and processing begins on the server when its turn arrives.

6. Viewing Results

Results can be viewed in the table at the bottom of the project page.

The table displays the generated sequences, predicted values for each label, and whether any matches were found in the toxin protein database.
