CHEMISTRY

In this section we documented the main protocols performed to successfully functionalize glass surfaces and develop a functional biosensor. Of special relevance we'd like to highlight our protocol to immobilize DNA oligos on glass surfaces, which can be used by other teams to assemble DNA-based synthetic devices. This protocol was verified on different glass substrates (slides, vials, capillaries), showing the versatility of the scheme for different purposes.
