WHAT IA A TUMOR?
It is a new organism formed by the proliferation of local tissue cells. The acidity of tumors is slightly stronger than that of healthy body tissues.Tumors can form an “acid wall”to protect themselves from attacks by the immune system. Liver cancer and pancreatic cancer are both called “kings of cancer”and are highly malignant tumors.
SO WHAT TO DO ?
We aim to develop a high-efficiency and controllable nanobody production platform by utilizing a red light-induced gene expression system in E. coli. By integrating red light-responsive genetic regulation technology with the protein production capacity, this system enables precise control of nanobody expression for antitumor drug development. The platform utilizes non-invasive red light signaling for real-time regulation, reducing side effects and energy consumption during production while significantly improving the yield and quality of nanobodies. Ultimately, this will provide a green and innovative nanobody production technology to meet the market demand for tumor therapeutics.
