  • (1) Conceptualization- Designed the whole process of project and clarify the specific protocol and principles, including PCR procedure, conjunction transfer, etc.; (2) Experiment- Performed PCR and enzyme digestion experiments, and analyze the gel results.; (3) Background Research- Searched related papers, articles, etc. (4) Data Curation- Curated data through whole experiments. (5) Notebook- Recorded the details of every time of experiment, such as the usage of materials, used time, etc. (6) Project Administration – As a student leader, managed the entire project, such as assigning tasks to every member, filling out required documents, contacting outside-team advisors and sponsorship. (7) Computer programming- built the wiki website and design the learning model in the project. (8) Writing- Responsibile for all writing parts in the project.

(3) Data Curation- Curated data through whole experiments along with Jackie. (4) Notebook- Recorded the details of every time of experiment, such as the usage of materials, used time, etc. along with Jackie. (5) Project Administration – As a student leader, managed the trip to Paris, including visa application, hotel bookings and so on.; (6) Public Engagement- Conduced public investigation and interview.
