1. 1. The promoters from those genes in soybean are cloned for further mutagenesis and Arabidopsis transformation.
2. 2. Performance of the trained CNN model (~80% accuracy measured by AUROC). With this model, we can predict whether a mutated promoter can be expressed in seed or not.
3. 3. Tested non-seed promoter expression in Nicotiana tabacum
