Overview

In HemorrEaser, we have developed an integrated parts toolkit consisting of four novel basic biological parts and three sophisticated composite devices, all specifically designed for hemorrhoid therapy and genetic circuit regulation. Examples include an anti-angiogenesis module incorporating the VHH-VHL bioPROTAC construct, and an anti-inflammatory module containing an engineered melittin expression cassette. Through systematic assembly and rigorous characterization—including sequencing verification, colony PCR, and protein expression analysis—we have confirmed the proper functionality of each individual part.
