Lab Book

This is the official Lab Book of our team,a complete and structured documentation of all the work carried out during our project. We did not want to create a simple record of experiments, but a comprehensive scientific diary that reflects the full process of our design and implementation.

Inside this Lab Book, you will find introductions that describe the concept of our project, detailed experimental protocols with all necessary calculations and formulations, as well as the design process from plasmid architecture and insert construction to the rationale behind every genetic and methodological choice. Each experiment is followed by its results and analysis, providing a clear link between what was planned, what was executed, and what was learned.

Our goal was to make this Lab Book something more than a technical report a complete record of how our idea was conceived, developed, tested, and validated step by step.
