🧭 How We Work

Our rhythm: we keep things moving with weekly sprints, open task boards, and regular check-ins so everyone knows what’s happening and why.

We try to work the same way we think about safety: with clarity, responsibility, and constant iteration. Wet lab plans always connect with modeling, and we make sure outreach and documentation grow alongside the experiments. That way, our science stays solid and our story makes sense.

  • Design → Test → Learn: We run small loops, check results quickly, and adjust fast.
  • Safety built in: Sticking to BSL-1 procedures and planning with “no release” in mind every time.
  • Staying in touch: Quick daily chats when we’re in the lab, and async updates when models are running.
