He advised our assay design (split-luciferase): defined key readouts, basic controls, and pass/fail thresholds. Set an orthogonal check with BLI/SPR and adjusted plate maps and screen sizes to fit weekly runs. Outlined the mutation plan (OrthoRep for broad exploration; error-prone PCR for positional control). He also set a simple benchmark: compare AI-guided picks against an epPCR/random baseline and log results consistently.

In this project, I've been responsible for end-to-end wiki and website design, ensuring our online presentation is clear and professional. I provide technical guidance in the Wet Lab, oversee experiment planning and scheduling, and coordinate overall project direction and strategy. I manage communication with mentors, advisors, sponsors, and industry partners, helping secure support and maintain external collaborations. On the technical side, I developed models such as the PCR iteration prediction system and contributed extensively to the content of our wiki. Additionally, I handle team coordination, personnel management, outreach with other iGEM teams, and support the team's morale and dynamics, making sure everyone stays motivated and on track.
