Guided the overall coordination of our project as PI, helping us refine the research scope and ensure our experiments followed a clear and achievable direction. He reviewed our experimental plans and milestones, worked with us to define measurable success criteria for robustness and reproducibility, and provided critical advice on applying our project to cancer-related contexts.

Dr. Tsun-Hsien Hsiao / 蕭尊先

Contributed his expertise in microbiology and genetics, advising us on experimental design and laboratory safety. He guided us in setting up appropriate controls and screening strategies to keep our workflows reliable and reproducible, while also helping us align experimental throughput with available resources and lab capacity.

Dr. Hsiang-Yu Wang / 王翔郁

Supported the team in project planning and communication. He advised our assay design (split-luciferase): defined key readouts, basic controls, and pass/fail thresholds. Set an orthogonal check with BLI/SPR and adjusted plate maps and screen sizes to fit weekly runs. Outlined the mutation plan (OrthoRep for broad exploration; error-prone PCR for positional control). He also set a simple benchmark: compare AI-guided picks against an epPCR/random baseline and log results consistently.

In this project, I've been responsible for end-to-end wiki and website design, ensuring our online presentation is clear and professional. I provide technical guidance in the Wet Lab, oversee experiment planning and scheduling, and coordinate overall project direction and strategy. I manage communication with mentors, advisors, sponsors, and industry partners, helping secure support and maintain external collaborations. On the technical side, I developed models such as the PCR iteration prediction system and contributed extensively to the content of our wiki. Additionally, I handle team coordination, personnel management, outreach with other iGEM teams, and support the team's morale and dynamics, making sure everyone stays motivated and on track.
