This page highlights our iGEM contributions in wetlab, software, and education—building reusable experiments, open-source tools, and inclusive learning resources for future teams.

Overview

This year, our project established four Parts Collections:

  1. GZMK binders obtained through traditional de novo protein design methods
  2. Parts related to purification and expression of GZMK
  3. Proteins obtained from software subgroups
  4. Proteins used for FCS/FCCS detection

Collection 1: GZMK Binders Obtained through Traditional de novo Protein Design Methods

Collection 2: Parts Related to Expression and Purification of GZMK

BBa_25HYK039 Designed to achieve the high-yield GZMK protein production in HEK293T cells by constructing a signal peptide IL-2.
BBa_25LD2PWU Fused to Igk secretion signal peptide on the N-terminal and 6×His tag on the C-terminal to achieve the high-yield GZMK protein production in HEK293T cells.
BBa_255FK0Z7 Designed to achieve the high-yield GZMK protein production in HEK293T cells by constructing a signal peptide IgK, and a Flag tag is also inserted.
