Cancer demands more than a single move – it requires a master's strategy. Like chess, defeating cancer takes precision and the coordinated power of multiple pieces working in perfect harmony.

ASO conjugated to an antibody

Meet our solution to lung cancer!

Our platform uses a synthetic, chemically modified DNA strand called an Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO), which is conjugated to an antibody.

Vascular Delivery

After entering the body, the platform circulates through the bloodstream.

Platform circulating through the bloodstream
Delivery to lung tissue

Reaching the lungs

From the bloodstream, it is delivered directly to lung tissue.

Targeting cancer cells

The antibody binds specifically to receptors that are overexpressed on lung cancer cells, enabling the platform to enter the cancer cell.

Silencing a vital gene

Inside the cell, the ASO binds to a messenger RNA (mRNA) transcript of a gene essential for cancer cell survival.

RNA Knock-down

The ASO–mRNA complex is recognized by cellular enzymes, which degrade the mRNA and reduce the gene’s expression.

Antibody processing

The antibody used for delivery is broken down into short peptides, one of which is a neoepitope specific only to the lung cancer cells.

Immune system activation

This neoepitope is displayed on the cell surface by MHC molecules, where it is recognized by immune cells.

Cancer cell destruction

Recognition of the neoepitope activates an immune response that flags the cancer cell as a threat - leading to its elimination.
