Lab Notebook

Here we present the experiments we have begun and recorded in our lab notebook. It includes mini-protein purification, Western blot, and immunofluorescence for HEK293T cells, as well as the purification of non-toxic, mutated Exotoxin A and truncated Exotoxin A tagged with fluorophores.
