Future Work in the Lab

Through continuous optimization and adjustment, our PROTEUS can already achieve preliminary optimization of proteins. But our PROTEUS will continue to grow and iterate, so the related experimental work will not stop. There may be new members joining the team, and perhaps some members will leave to pursue their own careers, who knows. But the work in the laboratory will not stop, and the optimization of PROTEUS needs the feedback of experimental data.

Our team will always be active and motivated. Moving forward, we intend to establish more profound collaborations with external research institutions by integrating comprehensive high-throughput technologies. Through automated operations, modular designs, and parallel reaction systems, we aim to achieve efficient screening across the "gene-vector-protein-function" continuum. These high-throughput approaches will generate substantial and validated data feedback for the PROTEUS model, thereby facilitating its continuous self-optimization and breakthrough advancements.
