Hello from the iGEM Concordia 2025 Team!
We are the ToastBusters, a name that takes inspiration from Ghostbusters, but instead of hunting ghosts, we are taking on a very real villain: gluten. Celiac disease is the true “monster” we are battling, and our project is focused on developing solutions to help those affected. Armed with synthetic biology, curiosity, and a whole lot of team spirit, we are ready to bust through barriers and bring meaningful change to the table!
