Our wet lab notebook, "The Toast-logs", was organized as a chronological and collaborative record for the iGEM Concordia team. Each entry is structured by date, team members present, and a clear log of experiments, methods, and results. This consistent format allowed us to systematically track our progress, document troubleshooting—such as optimizing transformations and confirming constructs via sequencing—and record our research into probiotic chassis and enzyme assays. It serves as a complete and practical account of the project's workflow from initial DNA assembly to final testing.
