Dr. Ye Qiu is an associate professor in the College of Biology, Hunan University. He is the vice dean of the Department of Biomedical Engineering and the secretary of the Provincial Key Laboratory of Medical Virology of Hunan. His research is focused on the variation and pathogenicity of human viruses, including enterovirus, coronavirus, and poxvirus. His work has been published in the Journal of Medical Virology, PLOS Pathogens, Briefings in Bioinformatics, etc.

Dr. Haijun Tu is Vice Dean of the College of Biology, Hunan University, Professor of Genetics and Neuroscience, doctoral supervisor, and head of the Institute of Neuroscience. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biophysics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2008. From July 2008 to December 2013, he served as a lecturer at the Key Laboratory of Molecular Biophysics of the Ministry of Education, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. From 2011 to 2015, he conducted postdoctoral research at Ecole Normale Superieure de Paris and the University of Lyon 1 in France, focusing on the interaction and regulatory mechanisms of neuroimmunity. He discovered the molecular mechanism of Punctin protein regulating postsynaptic specialization and revealed the cellular mechanism of the neuron-muscle-intestinal epithelium cross-tissue signaling axis in regulating intestinal innate immunity. In 2015, he won the Prize for Progress in Biological Sciences of the French Academy of Sciences. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published many SCI-indexed papers in international academic journals such as Nature, Immunity, Neuron, PNAS, Molecular & Cellular Proteomics, Frontiers in Immunology, etc.

Honghui Wang

Dr. Honghui Wang, Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Master's Supervisor, School of Biology, Hunan University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Life Sciences of Nankai University in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, he worked as an assistant engineer at the Institute of Molecular Biology of Nankai University. In 2004, he received his doctorate in medical science from the Faculty of Medicine, Gunma University, Japan. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a foreign independent researcher in the Department of Cell Pharmacology, Department of Medicine, Gunma University, Japan. From 2010 to 2014, he was engaged in postdoctoral research at the University of California, San Diego. The research focuses on cell signaling mechanisms and biological functions mediated by cell membrane receptors, and explores the pathophysiological mechanisms related to receptors. Establish synthetic biology strategies based on DNA nanotechnology to achieve precise regulation of cell function and develop innovative drugs that promote the regeneration of organ tissues such as nerves, kidneys and liver. As first author and corresponding author in Nature Communications, Nature Chemical Biology, Angew. He has published more than 20 papers in SCI international journals such as Chem. Int. Ed., Journal of American Society of Nephrology, Nano Letters, Journal of Biological Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering Journal.

Dr. Songqing Tang is an associate professor at the College of Biology, Hunan University, and a supervisor of master's and doctoral students. He graduated from the Base Class of Life Science and Technology, Yunnan University with a bachelor's degree in 2007, obtained a master's degree from the Institute of Medical Biology, Peking Union Medical College in 2010, and received his doctoral degree from the School of Basic Medicine, Zhejiang University in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, he carried out postdoctoral research at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. His research directions focus on the regulation of innate immune responses and the development of therapeutic tumor vaccines. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published several papers in important international SCI journals such as Cancer Cell, Nature Immunology, Nature Communications, Journal of Experimental Medicine, Cellular & Molecular Immunology, eLife, Science Signaling, Cell Reports, Journal of Immunology, and Journal of Virology.
