Our team is honored to have received a nomination for Best Foundational Advance at the 2025 iGEM competition, recognizing our innovative contributions to the development of core synthetic biology tools.
This year, our technology not only optimizes existing integration workflows but also opens up new possibilities for future genetic circuit design, biological memory modules, and multi-gene expression systems. We hope this achievement will serve as a foundational, community-shared biological part, driving synthetic biology toward greater precision, safety, and designability.

The composite part we submitted this year combines regulatory elements with core functional modules, demonstrating not only stable performance but also high modularity and extensibility, making it applicable to various future genetic circuit designs.
