Weekly Task Arrangement

Between March and October, our team leader, Ke Liu, coordinated weekly meetings with each subgroup. During these sessions, the specific tasks for the following week were discussed and documented. The shared work document ensured transparency and collaboration, as all team members could access, edit, and upload their progress. This systematic approach to project management helped the team maintain clear communication, effective coordination, and steady progress throughout the season
