To maintain laboratory records, we used Benchling. During the summer, the Biology Team worked on becoming familiar with lab techniques and cloning strategies. In late July, we conducted initial tests with RDX, which led us to modify our prototype. In early September, we repeated the RDX tests, confirming that detection worked as expected due to the observed fluorescence.
